Support Groups are the core of any Health Condition, talking to other sufferers of Fibro and knowing that we all fully understand what it is like living with the condition.

We have Support Group Meetings in the following areas:

Neath Port Talbot, South Wales, meet 2nd Tuesday of each month, in St Mary's Church, Port Talbot, South Wales, 12.30pm to 2.30pm.

Swansea and Surrounding Areas, meet 1st Monday of each month, in Swansea Resource Centre, Swansea. 4pm to 6pm.

With Guest Speakers at both groups.
